First time ever I’ve been here and I was welcome with such a friendly customer service by drew that wasn’t you’re typical “hi can I help you find something” but actually listening to me and my friend on what we wanted to try and he did it in a way that was so above and beyond. This man has dedication and great customer service. I will come here all the time now.
I got recommended by a friend that told me to check it out Andrew Howard was very knowledgeable in a lot of different varieties of things which made it easy for me. Great customer service literally the best representative of this establishment.
Moody is the absolute best - great deals on cigars with such personalized service. Made me a permanent customer because of spectacular humidor filled with all of the best and staple smokes. Would highly recommend especially if you leave near Broadview, IL which I appreciate as a Broadview reaident!
Great service. Moody I think was his name was very helpful. Was looking for a new vape and suggested one and it was amazing. Also the same vape was more money at the shop I usually go to. Definitely making this shop the only shop I would visit. Great service, great products and the best prices. A+ in my opinion.
The staff is super helpful and easy going. They go out of their way to open early and close late to accommodate their customers. Ive honestly not been to a tobacco shop that values their customers so much. Their selection is also unparalleled for the area. All staff members are knowledgeable and patient. Its genuinely a nice place to shop, and i cant recommend this place enough.
