I opened my produce in the store to verify if it was the right one n they would not allow me at least store credit. Bad customer service if you ask me. I didn’t leave with it n try to come back I got stuck with it n can’t use it. Smh. It what it is. I won’t be returning.
The staff is nice and helpful. Had a faulty product and met the owner and he would not stand behind his product, boom. Tells me the battery in the vapor only lasts a week. I don''t like to be gaslighted.
Use to make deals on kratom. Now they are outrageous because the manager is greedy Update- went in today the guy just sizes you up to see what to charge you. Then you get extra taxed on top of the already ridiculous tax. Gave them another shot but never again
I usually like this place, bc of the deals.. Shop here often. Bought aur freshner that doesnt spray at all, full bottle and I was told no refunds.. sooo my suggestion get the aroma from the dollar store just down the street bc you can always return
I use to go here everytime I needed a vape but the quality has gone down, I brought $50 worth of vapes and they don''t even work, they dont pull or anything. I should''ve tried it in shop but I was trying to save them for when I needed and I was EXTREMELY let down. Their products have gotten sketchy, I know the manager has sold fake backwoods before, I told an associate and they removed the product but that associate no longer works there and it shows.
