I was put on hold for 6 minutes then they hung up. I wouldn’t have minded the wait but hanging up on anyone is actually really disrespectful.

I have been to this shop a few times. Every time a go everyone is helpful and knowledgeable of there products. It has been uplifting to see such a good shop in the area they are popping up everywhere and there all not as good as this one in Centreville! Totally to th max dude!

I can honestly say this is one of the best Vape shops and my favorite one in the area. I have been to many vape shops. This vape shop is actually out of my way and I probably pass 5-6 other shops on my way to the Tobacco Max & Vape $tore in Centreville . They have a large selection and the the 2 ladies I have had many interactions with are always courteous, patient knowledgeable on the products they are selling and very pleasant to talk too!! Especially since I am always indecisive and never can make my mind up on which vape I want to purchase. Thanks

This is the best vape store I have ever been to. I am not from this area but had a feeling to go to this store. The staff is amazing, they are super knowledgeable about the products they sell. The 2 women who helped me were extremely nice and personable. They made me feel so comfortable, which is something I have never experienced in a vape store before. One of the ladies (which I sadly do not remember the name of) took the time to find me exactly what I was looking for, was very patient with me and definitely found me the perfect item! The products are amazing, as well as their service. She also gave me a good discount because I bought many things and was a newcomer. I will most definitely be going back to this store and I highly recommend it!!!!
