Ozair did a great job helping me today! I needed a new pod for my trusty salt nic vape, but I didn''t know which type (brand, version) I needed. I showed it to him, and he quickly found the replacement pod. He even tore open the packaging to make sure that it fit. "If it fits, you buy it. If it doesn''t, I''ll eat the cost." Haha! I''ll definitely be back
Was a big fan of this store but after my last shopping experience. I Will not be going back! Took away promo points also sold me a dysfunctional pen. Called to see what can be done and was only offered 20% off. My pen is full and died right after I bought it. Let them know I would leave review and exact words “ I dont care we will delete it” Unfortunately if you sell broken items they should be replaced. I would recommend better customer service and training.
