TRY YOUR VAPE IMMEDIATELY AFTER PURCHASE! I bought two vapes from this store and one was defective out of the box and they wouldn’t exchange it. I understand the policy, however it’s your employees job to explain that to the customer PRIOR to my purchase or at least have me try it in the shop. They first said we can’t do anything since it’s been 4 days, when I explained it has been only 40hrs, they still refused but offered me an employee discount on my next vape. After already spending over $60 at that point I didn’t want to purchase anything from them and I will not be back.
