excellent customer service! What a wonderful store! Will come again
Bought an expensive geekvape less than a month ago and it stopped working. I know, I know, no one returns vapes, but they did work with me and even gave me a discount on a new one while I wait for a replacement from the manufacturer. Solid folks and knowledgeable people. I appreciate Tyler and the guys there last night for their assistance. will be back.
Always go to this shop to buy disposable vapes, and are told to try it in store before you leave. Well I bought a Hyde 3300 blu razz I tested in front of three clerks and it put out a small nasty burnt hit two of them tried the flow system and saw some vapor and was just like it works bro just roll it around and we had been sitting there rolling it around for already two minutes so I try hitting it again like I’ve built my own vapes I know when a vapes bad I asked for a different flavor exchange or refund and was told know they kept the vape I said I’m not taking a defective product so now I’m going to my bank to dispute this charge that’s straight robber the same dude has helped me many times and only one other time has a vape malfunctioned and he gave me a replacement so idk what’s different this time recommend not going to this particular vape store

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Sold me a broken peace, has a chipped part in the middle then refused to exchange when I came back MINUTES later. Jess was working and I couldn’t even communicate with her because she didn’t speak English. Had to call “Tyler” who was LAUGHING over the phone. Will be back to speak to owner. Will be back every day this is absolutely ridiculous. I’m guessing at their names because they refused to give me their names. Said I used it which in the pictures you can see I didn’t. Just awful
