Absolute stellar staff. Always friendly and polite. I literally had one of their employees jog to the back of the store to help me. 5 stars aren''t enough, in my opinion. I don''t go anywhere else.
Worst customer service. I went in and bought a pack of adimisers for $20.00 the lady said they were the one I needed when I got home I found out they were the wrong size went back the next day to exchange them for the right size and the guy behind the counter told me no returns or exchange and I asked him to get the manager on the phone and he said that he was the employee right now and he can deny anybody and to get out of the store if this is how they treat their customers and take our money they should be put out of business so fare warning they will rip you off if I could take back the 1star I would
Best customer service I’ve had in a long time everyones always in a good mood and very polite.
Love the store and the manager & assistant manager. Despise other employees, they are clueless and it is frustrating.

This store sold product that was defected to us. We went right back into the store to address the issue as we had bought 2 . They would not exchange it, we went back the next day in hours to get better service and we was told that the product we bought was deffected.. We ask why they would sale that then. Long story short we ended up having to give them both of the items we purchased back to get only 1 of the price. We thought we would get one that was good and they gave us the same kind and flavor. So we have 2 bad to get another bed. My son tried to smile it anyways and the next day his mouth has soars all over it. I called the following day to speak to someone very kind about the issue and the man did nothing and then hung up, not awsnering to me again. This is the worse.
