It''s weird I went to buy a glass for my vape, and the lady wanted to see my ID. I told her you have to see my ID even though it doesn''t have tobacco, her excuse was it''s like the liquor store, that''s when I said everything in the liquor store has alcohol in it, she literally sat there not knowing what to say. I just think that''s a strange concept to make people show their IDs if they''re not even buying anything with tobacco in it. Apparently she said she would make me show my ID if I bought a Sprite🤣🤐🙄
I will never go back to this vape shop. I purchased my usual item Evo bar 5000 and it came to $31.00 where most other shops have it at $21.00. Ten dollar difference is just ridiculous! Learned a good lesson!

I am not happy with the Customer experience from both of these people . I have been a frequent buyer from these guys for a long time. I purchased a disposable vape from them. It was broken, and they would not exchange it for me. Clearly they are not worried about taking care of their frequent customers.
Got burned badly when I purchased out of their on sale display. The hush ecigs are dried out and past shelf life and they still sell them. I wanted a refund or to return or exchange before I left the store and they were rude and told me they were working even though they had no flavor and were burnt. No refund given. Instead they exchanged one of the two for another burnt one. What a waste of money. Don''t sell product that is no longer good even at a discount. That''s robbery
