The gentleman working was on his phone talking to someone on speaker the entire time I was in there. I patiently waited for his phone call to end (even walked around the store several times) so I could ask some questions about a few products I came in to purchase, but he never got off the phone. Pretty rude customer service. If you are running in to grab something (that you don’t have to ask for assistance getting) and don’t mind checking out while being ignored while the employee has a full-blown phone conversation, this might be fine. He was too engrossed in his phone to even verbally tell me my total (I had to read it off the screen to know what I owed.) Thought I’d try this location out as it had good reviews, but I won’t be returning. If you are looking for information or have questions about products, etc., I highly recommend Fire Tobacco Zone right down the road in the same plaza at Buffalo Wild Wings. So friendly, respectful, and helpful there (especially when it comes to helping those with chronic illness/pain)!
