Tried to use $10 loyalty points but was told for 2 months their systems were down. Now they’re closed without explanation or warning. For weeks they didn’t answer the phone and now it’s disconnected. No update on socials about closing. bad business. Bought my moms krantom there for 2 years guess we’re using simply pleasures now.

The employee that was in there tonight was so helpful. It was refreshing! She was able to help me find a vape that suits my needs and actually listened to what I had to say. It was such a positive experience!

Showed up at 12:50PM on a Monday. It said they were open online and the sign said open on the window but the door was locked and nobody was inside. I figured maybe they were on lunch break and came back at 3PM and they still had nobody in there.

They are never open!!! Sign will say they are but lights are off no one is there....Don''t put certain hours up if you are not going to adhere to them🤦🏻‍♀️
