Just called to ask if they still had a vape they carried and the guy that answered was really rude just said they don''t carry them and hung up. Been going here a while, seems like customer service has really gone down.
This place is ran by junkies. They close the store at 3:45p til whenever they are done getting high. Don''t waste your time coming here. Always homeless people by the door. This place is awful.
Friendly and warm staff, knowledgeable about the products they carried. They had a decent selection of glass, papers, and other accessories. Will return.
I''ve been here numerous times at 8am to get products from this store but they rarely open on time. Sitting here now almost 10 minutes past opening time on their store and site
Stephanie is always so friendly and helpfull she takes the time to get to know her customers and help them with there smoke shop needs. The comment about the store being run by junkies pisses me off because I run the store and I run it well, 3:45pm we start shift change until about 4:05 we have 8 hours of paperwork to do as well as counting the drawer down putting our deposits in the safe and waiting for the next shift to count the drawer and for the comment that said you''ve been waiting outside at 8:00 a.m. and the store is not open yet the store doesn''t open till 9am just FYI. It''s central of course there''s homeless people around the store we''re off central! IT DOESNT MEAN WE DONT TRY TO RUN THEM OFF AND AWAY FROM THE STORE. ME AND MY EMPLOYEES DO THE BEST THAT WE CAN WITH WHAT WERE GIVEN. THANK YOU FOR ALL THE POSITIVE COMMENTS
