When this place opened it was the best service, best prices, they had every product you could want with extremely friendly employees. Now the employees are not knowledgeable at all, they are out of everything I asked for, and more expensive than other places. I won’t ever shop here again.

I was excited to go in and check the place out. Its always on the radio station I listen to 101.3 THE HUSTLE 😇 When I got in there the place is amazing. It''s really very clean but the staff! What is up with him?😕 He don''t like his job? Seem like he just wanted to be doing something else. I even asked him if he rolled his eyes cuz i wanted a different lighter than the one he chose. (I was the only one in the store) I wasn''t comfortable at going any futher into the store, so I cant comment on anything else. Just left disappointed. I left thinking i should have went to Urban Smoke Shop, Up In Smoke, anywhere but Lit. One star over a lighter!?! Id try to adjust that customer service. Sorry for that, I guess I expected something different.
I love this smoke shop and go here regularly. Most of the time the staff is great but unfortunately today I was helped by a young guy who had glasses. He couldn''t get off his phone for two seconds to make sure my transaction went through before getting on his phone again. He also didn''t card me which I''ve never not been carded there before and I am legal but with the laws being so strict on tobacco products nowadays that''s really not okay. You might want to consider getting rid of the dead weight with your staff.

I highly recommend that you stop by and get whatever you need for your recreational purposes. I was made to feel like I was like part of the family, and they answered all of my questions.
