The customer service is very good and I found everything I want.
Never fails to remind me how thick my skull is. Always oos of the Kratom I came for. And this time out on my plan B. I think I figured out the issue is lack of knowledge. Kratom is Kratom so they just fill the hole with more Kratom regardless of color, regardless of strain, caps vs powder maybe. Clues: out of red mengda powder. this is unconscionable as this is normally #1 item. Like a liquor store without any Budweiser. Offers kilo of a no-name brand. That’s it. Kilo or nothing. I’m betting nothing is the most popular choice. That’s in indicator it’s junk. May not be. But that’s the norm. The good quality brands offer entry sizes for trial. I’d say it’s chain wide. They could use some education in the area of Kratom. But the arlington rd store is 100% in stock 100% of the time. I don’t know the level of knowledge though. Haven’t had to discuss or ask questions. I walk in, say what I want, they hand it to me, I hand over money.
Best prices PERIOD. Best customer service, so friendly and just helpful! Down right the best place to buy! I’ll never go anywhere else. the gentleman is so so nice. just a great worker and place to shop.
Giving an extra star on this review because the costumer service is very good, they offered to refund me but I was sold multiple fake elf bars here.. watch out guys the fake ones can be very dangerous and just because you’re buying from a vape shop does not automatically prove the authenticity. Clean. Nice product mix. Highly recommend if shopping around. Wide kratom assortment at competitive prices. Only issue for me is inventory mgt. Few times they had what I went for. Most of time I have to down size and lose the savings, or risk trying new brand. Arlington rd store is a sure thing if need consistency.
