  We came in right at open to buy the CARTA 2. It was a little more expensive at this location compared to others but we decided to make the purchase. As we were checking out, we made sure to ask about the return policy on the device in case there were any issues (as one does when they’re buying a $400 item) and the gentleman told us MULTIPLE times that they do returns within 24 hours of the purchase. He told us to go home, try the device out and if there were any problems AT ALL, to bring the device back and they would right the wrongs. We were delighted to hear this and we finished up the transaction and headed home with our new prized possession. We get home and try the device and it’s not working to our liking(not heating up correctly etc.) so we bring it back the next day at open to be told they don’t do returns. We were told by the manager in the store that we were basically crazy, and his employee never told us to return the item because they have never done returns. He told us that it was our fault for not reading the small print signs that say no returns. Even though his employee NEVER SAID anything about a NO RETURN POLICY when we asked. He even called his area manager and he told us the same thing. That we were liars and no one ever told us we could return the device and that his star employee would have never told us that. When in fact he did. Conveniently enough, there are multiple cameras pointed at the cash register that had to have picked up when the employee told us we could return the device within 24 hours but of course no one wanted to pull up the footage to be proven wrong. I understand a no return policy on a $20 disposable but on a $400 erig??? It just didn’t make sense. We didn’t appreciate the way the manager or area manager was talking down to us when we were trying to explain what had happened. They weren’t listening to a word we said and had 0 remorse. Smoke shop plus can be a cool place to buy anything of 0 value. Don’t spend your hard earned money at this place, because you’ll buy a faulty product and be out $400 on top of being called stupid and a liar by the manager and area manager.

  🔥🔥🔥 Not only was the shop open later than most things in downtown CF, it was clean, well lit, smelled oddly good, and had a great selection. The fella behind the counter, Dominick, was a super genuine, friendly, and helpful dude. Can''t recommend enough. 🙌

  By far one of the best smoke shops I''ve been to! The two boys that work there are so knowledgeable and really care about great customer service. They treat everyone that walks their doors as if they were friends! The selection here is the best I''ve ever seen and the prices are on point. Ethan and Julius really know everything there is to know about every product in there. You can tell they care and they really enjoy their jobs.

  Stopped in today and the guy there was great ! Quick helpful service and let me know all about the perks you guys offer. Such a great selection including some new stuff I haven''t seen anywhere else. Can''t wait to come back

  Great selection with a massive variety of products especially for the size of the store and very clean facility. The staff was extremely helpful , nice , and very informative and answers any questions I had with very knowledgeable responses that cleared up any confusion I had. I''ve made two trips so far the store and both experiences were above and beyond, so I know I will be returning again soon. Definitely my new go to shop, keep up the great selection and customer service smoke shop. Sincerely a very satisfied customer.
