  Sold me 2 vapes and when one didn''t work I was told all sales are final i left and will never go there again. Their policy is inconsiderate to good business practice, I was duped Don''t shop their!!!

  Pretty frustrating when I travel the distance I did only to be ignored by the fairly new employee there with hair down to his shoulders when I''m standing there trying to look at some inventory and have some questions when he''s just carrying on a recreational conversation with another customer and then in walks a customer after me and we''re both waiting there for our presence to be acknowledged and this employee is just way too engaged in this conversation he has with one of the customers which is great but they''re also exists the "excuse me one moment I need to help these other customers" and then he can get back to his conversation but when both me and the new customer that just walked in are being completely ignored when we obviously would like to buy something that''s very frustrating because then it forced me to have to go somewhere else because I''m not going to make a point of interrupting this conversation this is something that should be known to attend to the customers that have not yet been attended to when the one that''s being currently attended to is just pure conversation. Both myself and the customer that walked in after me we ended up leaving without buying anything because we were never acknowledged I stood there for a good 5 minutes the other guy that just walked in looked at me and saw that I was just as unimpressed with the lack of acknowledgment from the employee and I shrugged my shoulders and we both walked out around the same time. I''m a regular and I know well enough to know that the guy who is Mr usebigwords chatterbox has not been there that long yet he''s acting as if the store is his own. this store deserves five stars every day of the week if it weren''t for this chatterbox who ignored me and the customer that walked in after me

  Daniel is so freaking awesome! He always helps us out and has the best deals! He has a great vape selection and helps you to make sure the vape is to your liking. If I have any problems he lets me bring whatever it is back no questions asked. Love this guy!

  Purchased a PuffCo Plus $120 from this store only to find out I could''ve purchased it for $30 cheaper from their website with an actual warranty! I go go home to try it and it doesn''t even work a single time. I return to the store and he tells me the atomizer is not working and tells me I need a new one. He tells me to call the company for the warranty and they say that I purchased from a non-authorized dealer and there is no warranty lol. The employee says he''ll cut me deal and sells me one for $25 (originally priced at $35 on his shelf and at $25 on the PuffCo website). Device breaks less than a day later, my buddy tells me you can buy them online and I find the PuffCo website lol. Moral of the story: LOOK LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE AND YOU"LL FIND IT CHEAPER

  The cashier was very welcoming and friendly. Happily showed us the products and took the time to explain the differences between them. The products were great as well. Always buying something good. :)
