This place is a rip off. I bought a carton of Marlboro special select for $94.00 and some change. At Stater Bros it was 87.00 and some change. At a smoke shop in Riverside it was $88.00 and some change. Most shops you get a free cheap lighter. At this one you use to but the owner got real sharp and said I only make 8% off the cigarettes so you can’t get nothing. Which I understand but you don’t have be so rude about it! Twice I went there and they opened up 15 minutes late. I will never go there again. I’ve even given them several try’s to see if attitudes and prices would be the same as others but it’s never changed. GO ELSEWHERE!
Without a doubt as many of our local smoke shops around here in the inland empire the Royal smoke shop has great personnel. They all blesse the items they hand you. I have zero negative vibes walking out of there which psychologically helps me be at ease when I''m leisurely enjoying my oil burning or vaping time.
I bought a tray that was behind the counter. When I got home to open & use it I seen a crack. So I called the shop to see if I can return/replace it. He told me "Because you left out of the store with it there''s nothing we can do about it." I asked if I can return it & he said "No."
Don’t go there . Rip off - their product is clearly defective when I called about it all he said was he couldn’t do anything. I wasn’t even looking for a refund and he wasn’t even willing to look at the product to try to help
My favorite shop in the IE. They literally have all your needs… Both the Owner & the cashier Ms. Carissa are the sweetest people! They always greet me & treat me with the utmost respect & professionalism. The shop itself is always clean & smells great. I most definitely recommend this shop.
