Its such a rare instance these days to find a business where customer service is not dead....... The Smoke Shop is an example of the unfortunately rare instance where the Owner and his staff are beyond exceptional! Not only does The Smoke Shop have the absolute best pricing by a mile, the staff (especially James) are extremely friendly, courteous and knowledgeable....... I quit smoking cigarettes about 6 months ago and now buy ALL of my Vapes and Cigars from The Smoke Shop. The one time I had a defective vape out of say 50 they took it back and gave me another one no questions asked. What more could a consumer ask for?
