ADDENDUM: The store manager Ahmed reached out to me personally and went above and beyond to make good on the transaction. I’m happy to say that I think my experience was an isolated incident and that these folks went out of their way to make things right. Purchased a Vape there yesterday, the charging port was defective. I went and asking to exchange to which I was told no refunds. The girl screwed around with it for a couple minutes and then said it was working fine. There’s no question that the charging port was defective on this unit, but I guess if that’s how you wanna lose my business congratulations
