Owner or whoever is working at the moment explains all products and doesn’t really make it confusing. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Customer service was what I needed and that’s exactly what I got. Highly recommended head shop.

I usually buy my Rush and Jungle Juice here,cool owner, good prices and supporting small business. I bought a larger bottle and noticed that it was leaking about an hour after I left the store, unopened, which means the glass bottle was probably broken. I called and the clerk remembered me but told me they had a NO REFUNDS NO EXCHANGES policy, which I can understand. Except I didn’t want my money back, or had changed my mind. They sold me a faulty bottle. Having an understanding of customer service and retail should still be integral even in an “adult environment “. But whatever, I’m sure they won’t care and it was only $20, right? Just from now on I’ll buy it from an online store instead.
