went to the shop for the first time so I''m not sure of their previous encounters or why they have it set up this way but they had a sign out front saying to remove all face masks and hoodies. while I can understand the hoodies the removing of masks made me feel very unsafe. unfortunately didn''t even get to take a proper look inside :/ by the judge of these reviews probably saved us time and effort. I recommend The Peace Pipe just right down the road! friendly service and excellent quality of products!!
Went into this establishment thinking the workers would know what they were selling but they don’t. Every time I go into this facility, the workers are constantly distracted on their phone or EATING and are not knowledgeable on the products they sell what so ever. Customer service is worse than any establishment I have ever been to. DO BETTER! HIRE BETTER! Never coming back here. Their markup is ridiculously high and their customer service is trash. I will Stop supporting this small LLC due to the horrible customer service!

The girl that works there is super rude! Didnt know anything about what I was looking for and thats because they sell it there. I was about to purchase but the attitude she had is why I said forget it and walked out. 3 different times she gave attitude until i finally told her something. I hope her manager sees this and fires her because not only is she rude but looks like she rolled out of bed and has no knowledge of products. I took my money to Good times and spent over 100 dollars.

Careful my kratom buyer friends. This chain recently opened a shop in Elsa, TX and I figured I would try their kratom since they are closer than my usual go to place. I purchased a bag of white kratom and when I got home and opened it, it was the red kind which makes me feel terrible. Will not be using this chain again.
