No matter what these guys always take care of you, whether you down a couple bucks or just trying to get a good deal, they always got you covered. You can trust them to always have the most updated flavors ranging from disposable vapes to e liquids, they have a wide variety. My #1 go to spot no matter how far away I live.
Edit: Idiotic owner responded pretending this is a misunderstanding and "how were you charged?" Don''t let them fool you, they have always been a shady business just didn''t know they were this garbage. Screw your business, hopefully you get the karma you deserve. I''ve been sitting on this for a while now, a few months ago I went for a replacement vape because it was malfunctioning, they replaced it for "free" and without even pulling my wallet out they charged me for the vape right after I left. I went back and the older guy there played dumb saying to just contact my bank (pretended the charge never happened). I did, had to go through my bank to get my money back instead of them being honest and giving me my money back. The younger guys there are cool and they seem to be a family business, regardless, never going there again after loyal support for 3 to 4 years. Very shady, take your business to The Smoke Shop near the Little Caesars nearby.
Ace and Nick seem to be there everyday. I come here often and I always receive nothing but a positive attitude and help if I need it. They both answer any questions I may have and their goal is to have me in n out of the shop satisfied. Thanks guys! We appreciate your hard work! (Please give them a paid vacation)
This is my favorite smoke shop in the entire San Bernardino. Ace and Nick are both very helpful and friendly whenever i walk into this store. I would highly recommend shopping here for all you smoking needs and more. Not to mention they have all the exotic snacks!
Good cbd selection, amongst other things. Bong selection kind of sparse, but what they do have is good. Pricing is typical for retail smoke shop. I''ve shopped there more than once, and I''m sure I''ll shop there again...
