I bought a YOCAN Lux 510 vape battery for $16. First night I had it the 510 connector was very “wiggly” . I thought it was odd, and just part of the design. Second night, thing totally popped off. So it was broken basically when I bought it. I returned to the shop 48 hours later, hoping for some store credit to a buy a better one. They don’t do that. No refunds, all sales are final. So I left the broken battery on their counter, and I’ll take my business elsewhere. Who knows, maybe they re-sell it to the next guy that comes in. It wasn’t about the $16; it was more so about the principle of the sale. And trust me, I have maybe like 3-4 written Google reviews. I’m a pretty straight forward guy. So just FYI if you’re purchasing products here.
Honestly such a nice group of staff they got here, glad I don''t have to go down all the way to Oneida Street anymore. First time I went in the guy answered all the stupid questions I had. I''ve been returning once a week since then.
Love holy smokes so happy to have one in my neighborhood. The Employee was very helpful as well. 10/10 will be back
So happy to not have to drive out to green bay. Shops wonderful lots of options and staff is freindly.

Their disposables are expensive for no reason (the Mobil up the road sells them for 17.99, here they are over 20 dollars). Every time I pull up to this shop, I’m following in the “manager”/worker inside from his friends car which is running and parked out front… very unprofessional. Their return policy sucks and I always feel unwelcome coming into this shop because of their attitudes. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
