Clean and exciting store design, quality products, competitive pricing, and compassionate customer service have made me a return customer year after year. I recently was in need of a new vape and Jason at the east side location was more than helpful. He went through every specification I cared about on every model that I was looking at. He gave his honest opinion on the devices he owned as well. I was able to purchase my best vape yet and am enjoying it very much. Thank you for taking the extra time with me Jason! Johnny Vapes is moving up on my favorite smoke shops. They have a nice open setting. The employees are friendly, helpful, but also not hovering. The employees also have so much knowledge about their products which I love. The choices of disposables are different and some of them I haven''t seen around so it was cool to see the variety! They also are pretty chill, got drinks and such on hand. There''s some couches in there too. Their prices are reasonable for sure!
This shop is so awesome! Great vibe and employees are super helpful. Love that you have the ability to test vapes before purchase! They provide you with a napkin with cleaner to clean the mouth piece before you try. Truly an amazing shop!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
It is a good place. Most of the employees are knowledgeable and super friendly, but there have been one or two that practically ignored me when I walk in. Which was kind of frustrating when I would ask a question, and promptly get blown off. I enjoyed the majority of the staff to keep going back though. Their good employees definitely make up for those one or two that give you problems. At least in my opinion.

Honestly? This place is great. I love that it''s not overwhelming in the least. The employees are always so welcoming and inviting. I appreciate that when you''re making a decision they aren''t watching over you or just standing there waiting for you, you have the opportunity to wander off and find what you''re looking for. No pressure. This is kind of customer service is valuable to me and the way my mind works!
