  just bought a bong here. Mo(dude behind register) was super helpful/patient n got me str8 with a nice piece at a good price. sadly got back to the house to see the bowl stem broke off, checked the bag and no glass stem could be found. so i went back and told bro what happened, he walked me over to the bong section and handed me a more expensive bowl for free. 10/10 customer service

  Fabulous service from Mo :D Safe, clean, well-lit, and VERY well-stocked. Clean matters to me :) If you are of a nervous disposition, or have OCD/are nuerodivergent (like me) then Mo is the customer service human for you!!! He excels at creating a comforting atmosphere. He is very knowledgeable and extremely patient and kind. I have genuinely called ahead to ask if he was there :) I often take a long time to shop (bc it''s fun!) and need a lot of attention as a customer. I often encourage other customers to go ahead of me when the shop is busy. Over a year of walking into this shop has impressed upon me how sweet the other customers are, and how outrageously thoughtful the customer service is. Seriously: Mo has the BEST recommendations. I tell him how much money I have to spend at the beginning of my excursion, and what I need out of the products. He even remembers my favorite things! Best prices I have found by far. Military discounts are honored at this location. There are a LOT of shops between this shop and my home, and it is worth the drive EVERY TIME! Thanks Mo! I always feel welcome, no-matter how strange I am! :D

  Not shopping here again. Went yesterday guy working there said they were having a special on disposable vape I was buying. He Said hey we are currently having a special on these they are 2 for 25 instead of being 18 each. I thanked him told him to grab me another then paid and walked out.. I then got home and see that I was charged on my card 55 dollars. This means he lied to me about a promotion to get me to buy more. I am so upset because I was lied to about price. They use to have a girl there that was very friendly and knowledgeable. And upfront about prices. I am upset that I was lied to about pricing. Before I had never had a problem and received pretty great service but to be charged double of what I was told is furiating.
