  Best vape shop I have ever been to. Very friendly and helpful owner. Customer service has gone downhill severely over the past few years… BUT not at Smoke up…. I was made to feel very comfortable especially not knowing much about the product. I will never go anywhere else for these kind of products. As a side note, I told him what I needed and he actually recommended a less expensive product than the one I was looking at because of my specific needs. That immediately made me realize that integrity and honesty is an important aspect of this business and it’s owners. Honesty in business goes a very long way with me…. Seriously because I NEVER write reviews, mostly because I’m never really impressed with most places these days…. But this place really made an impression and I wasn’t even in there for 10 minutes. So if you’re looking for a good , honest vape shop do not hesitate to go to Smoke Up! You will be happy you did!

  This is the absolute best vape store I''ve ever been to. They have a humongous selection. Customer service is amazing. Derek helped me select the vape flavor that I needed and answered all my questions. I even tried something new. I will definitely be back and I will be sure to let all my vape friends know about this Newport News gem. Thanks a bunch, yall ROCK

  My husband and I frequently shop here. Service is always great and product is always superb. Will continue to be a customer. We drive 45+ minutes just to shop here.
