Bought a Yocan Evolve Plus for concentrates less than a week ago. I followed every instruction to the T, and I even called a head-shop to ask a question before I made a decision I thought might harm the device. They said it would be fine, and now, the device is completely defective. I’m left with a lot of wax and no reliable pen. I thought that if I followed instructions, and FOR 60 DOLLARS, I would have a solid experience. I called and they said they wouldn’t do a single thing for me. I’ve been to head-shops that are way more lenient and considerate, there’s no compassion or concern here at Sour Apple, they just want to get your money. I will be taking all future business elsewhere, and I hope you do the same, as to avoid neglectful employees who will misinform you, and then not do a single thing to help you, barely showing regard. Do, please, bring your business elsewhere, for your experience, and your pocket. I should have known about this place, I was trying to be quick the day I had purchased it so I didn’t want to go to other head-shops. Look where that got me, don’t make the same mistake I did. This experience was absolutely a waste of good money.
Great smoke shop. They have an amazing selection of pipes, bongs, and too many other things to mention. Staff is super helpful even while training a new person. We bought a tray with magnetic lid and a nice sized bong. Prices were awesome. Would definitely recommend to others. Will be coming back for sure.

My son (autistic 24 year old) bought me a vape pen from here, they allowed him to lay it away, which he did. When he looked at it originally the woman, the owner, the mom, the wife, whatever you would like to call her, said, "...this is a display model, it''s scratched, scuffed but should work, if we don''t get any in before you pay it off we will give you a brand new one when we do get them in..." My son, Joey asked her if she would write a note just in case, which she did. We thought that was pretty cool so we paid full price for it, just over $120.00.. Joey paid it off in 3 months, the owner claimed no new ones were in yet but to keep checking back every month & they would still exchange it.. Joey went back every month for 10 months... (Keep In Mind - this pen had NEVER worked & they knew it) finally, the 11th month, he came back out & was really bummed out.. I had to explain to him not everyone keeps their word.. I went back in with him & talked to the daughter & told her look it''s been close to a year.. at that time we didn''t have the box, receipt or note with us.. the daughter was very nice, polite & professional & said, "... Bring it back with the box, receipt & note & we will make it right with you..." So Joey went back in.. granted, it was a couple of months later, we couldn''t find the box, it was inside a couple of other boxes for safe keeping because that''s what Joey does.. he comes back out & he''s really upset, the same woman, the daughter, that told us to bring it back is now telling him, there is nothing that she can do, she told Joey there''s a lifetime warranty on the parts, register it & get a new battery for it.. Joey said no he was done fighting about it & wanted his money back.. she said no.. so we went back in.. the daughter said, there''s a lifetime warranty you can register it & get a new battery & it won''t cost you anything.. Wrong! I went to the website, registered my pen & the company wants to charge us $32.00!! Just to mail it to me!! so on top of the $120.00 that sour apple charged for a display model that was scratched, scuffed & never worked but now we''re expected to pay another $32.00 on top of that!!! This pen is not worth $20.00 let alone $150.00!!! I could have bought a desk top vaporizer!! You should be ashamed of yourself, taking advantage of a special needs person!! People think they are doing local businesses a favor by shopping with them but when you get taken advantage of & robbed who wants to do business with you!! I like to go somewhere where they are all about people over profit, if I wanted to be treated like a number I could shop at quite a few box stores around town.. but I guess you are in that category too so I''ll just shop down the street!! ***Note - you can keep taking down my son''s negative review of you that just shows how childish & grown up you all are, also shows your diversity & just shows how you take advantage of people!
Will never shop here again, the product I bought was damaged and basically useless, and they said that they would not exchange it because the state will allow them, how about just doing good business. There’s no state representative, standing in your store all I wanted to do was exchange it for the one that was right.
