  Don''t shop here unless you want your money stolen by being sold a product that dose not work at all and they refuse to refund or exchange . Was our first time here will be our last. We will be sticking to wild bills who are happy to make sure there customers get working products they paid for. Looks like we''re not the only people that have been sold broken products

  I wish I would’ve seen the comment below mine before it was too late. My fiancé purchased a vape there yesterday and it doesn’t work like at all. Defective. We usually go to Wild Bills which offers refunds or at the minimum exchanges, and they go above and beyond to help and make customers happy. We decided to try here and it was a horrible mistake. Bad bad choice. We will not be returning. $25 just down the drain. Of course this location says you can try it IN store, but we didn’t expect to have a problem the first time ever shopping here. Let alone at a business that claims to have “high quality products.” Please take your money elsewhere, to ensure you don’t just give this place money.. because in the end that’s all we did. Their values state “Friendly & knowledgeable staff with impeccable customer care”.. impeccable is definitely a stretch.

  Always a good experience in the store. I shop there at least three if not four times a month. Never a bad experience! Cheapest prices in Mt Pleasant.

  Very disappointed with my experience here. Would not suggest shopping here, there are NO refunds OR exchanges on products. My boyfriend went in and got me the Magico Nic Salt Stick not even a full week ago, and it''s completely defective. I called the store and they told me no refunds/exchanges and the best they could do was sell us another product, when we had already spent over $80 on this device with coils and juice. When we looked up the warranty and company, there were no phone numbers, addresses, or emails to even get in contact with anyone. I called the store and asked what we could do and the manager told me to "ship it with UPS" after I had already said there was no address to actually send it to. Not very accommodating or helpful- will not be shopping here again!!
