I’ve been to this shop multiple times and every time has been a great experience! I live about 45 minutes away and I still keep coming here! All the employees I met are great and very helpful! They let you try the vapes before you leave to make sure they are working. Lindsey helped me today and she answered all my questions and was amazing! Other shops have sold me counterfeit vapes but this shop has great product! 10/10 recommend.
Purchased a new Novo 2 kit and extra pods. I went to fill my new re-usable vape and realized I was sold a disposable vape vs liquid. The cashier refused to make the purchase right despite her obvious mistake. I get why disposables are not refundable however when the customer walked out of the store for less than one minute before realizing the cashiers bone headed mistake it should be on the business to make it right. I don''t recommend doing business with this place! Duh!
Definitely won’t ever be back. Gave it two stars because the cashier was a really nice lady. However I came in here for a bong bowl and they had 3 options and they were all $30 for the most shallow bowls I’ve ever seen in my life. Be prepared for them to ask for a tip on the card reader too. If you’re going to charge ridiculous prices, at least pay your workers decently instead of asking for tips on the card reader.
Most of the staff are nice. One gal isn''t at all. I''ve had issues with 4 vapes. I''ve mentioned it but never more than that, except for last week. I left came right back, she was beyond rude. 25 bucks I better get more than 2 puffs before it starts freakn out. Bottom line.... been going there for over a year, won''t return ever.

The parking lot was overcrowded with only one spot available. After parking and entering, was asked to move my car since apparently it was a handicap spot ( both unmarked on the ground and a VERY faded sign that is basically unreadable stating such) after stating there was no other spots, I was instructed to park at their neighboring business which DOES have very clear signs stating it is for their business only. Incredibly rude. If you insist on visiting a smoking vape, visit their third location at Broadway. Much better staff, honestly should become their own thing and break from the terrible management.
