I love coming to this location. The staff have always been very kind and easy to talk to. They always greet you when you come into the shop, ready to help whoever walks through the door. I have talked to many different members of the staff and every conversation has made my day just a little bit better.
Rose helped me with my mod and taught me how to prime properly, I didn''t even know i was doing it wrong this whole time! She was very informed and knowledgeable about mods and priming coils, even identifying why my mod was leaking; it was due to over priming with too much juice! Overall a great experience, great service, and great information! Give her a raise!!
This location is AMAZING. Definitely a one stop shop for everything I need. Also, a bunch of others super cool products and exotic snacks! Big price drop on all their vapes and tobacco too. Been coming here for a while, glad to see it :) Kareem was extremely helpful and probably one of the nicest folks you’ll meet. Took his time going through a lot of the products and made us feel like we were home. We’ll be back for sure! Thank you Cloud 9
I have been vaping for years and not once have I ever bought a disposable because I generally can’t stand the menthol aftertaste, but I was in a hurry and working with a low budget. I had told Kareem my situation, and it took him about five seconds for him to recommend the perfect disposable for me!!! Never thought I would say this, but this is my new favorite vape hands down. Shout out to my boy Kareem 🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 for being super knowledgeable, and for hooking it up!! I will definitely be back 🙌🏼

One of the best shops around. Every time I come in, everyone is nice and chill and personable. We have fun conversations and they''re willing to go the extra mile. Had a small mix-up with a product I purchased, and the assistant manager Gigi was incredibly helpful and sweet! Very understanding staff and even if there''s nothing they can do directly, they still go out of their way to make the customers feel welcome and heard. Definitely will continue to be a long-term customer here. 😀
