They rush you out of the store every time from the second you walk in the door and won’t let you shop/look around. Went in for a few small convenience items, but was interested in spending up to $275 on glass. The sense of urgency to get customers out of the store as quick as possible only seems to be the culture at this location. GSO and WS both have very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable staff. I have only ever had this experience in HP. However, at least they’re consistent- I guess?

Great shop, nice staff. I love to look around since they have a lot of colorful, funny and interesting stuff, from cheap to expensive. My favorite product are gummies, and I love the discount section!

Perfection. I won''t go back to any other smoke shop in town. This is the place to get everything you need. Staff was super cool and knowledgeable. They have the best selection of incense in town, plus stuff you wouldn''t normally think to find at a typical smoke shop. They''re good stuff and the prices aren''t insane. Very reasonable. EDIT: I had to come back and edit my review. It''s rare that I get so dissatisfied with the lack of customer service and integrity amongst employees that I swear off an establishment AND feel the need to correct or share my experience. My boyfriend smokes cigars while I have enjoyed the other products the store has to offer. You''re going to get employees that will tell you out right not to buy the cigars because they''re of poor quality OR you''re going to get an employee that knowingly let''s you walk out of the door with $70 worth of stale, crunchy, crumbling cigars. I have a fully punched loyalty card we''ve been gearing up to use in there on a mighty purchase on the expensive glass they offer. We''ll never go back. The young rude blonde girl looked at my like I had 3 heads when I asked "Why do you have them if you know they''re bad?" "Well I wasn''t here when you bought them." Lame excuse one after another. I''m brokenhearted. This place was amazing and had everything. I can''t see it as anything more than a building full of people just waiting, willingly, and KNOWINGLY ready to rip people off. Made us question the integrity of the other products we''re purchasing. Shame...
