Hands down best customer service. I came in with a bad pen and instead of the usual no exchange or refund policy this man made it right!! Definitely recommend!
I needed some cigarettes.. and was going to stop here, however the sales clerk was hanging out side with 2 people that don''t work there, not a very good image for a new smoke shop!!

Good prices and good products. However the customer service is very poor. Every time I go, there is a sign on the door that says “Be back in 15 minutes”, this has happened atleast four times. The clerk is gone much longer than 15 minute, I’ve also seen the clerk outside casually smoking with others who do not work there. This is a very bad look for a brand new smoke shop, and clearing turning away customers. Hope to see things change!
