Declan was amazing and gave me the science background of each product I asked about! He made me feel welcomed and I left feeling more informed than ever! I went in with pretty solid knowledge on what I wanted and he guided me to an even better decision! Will come back every-time I’m in town :)
I hadn''t been to Smokerz Paradise in a long time, and I was surprised to see how much the inside had changed. It is very well lit (no pun intended), very organized and everything looks and feels brand new. No clutter or badly organized sections - everything is very easy to get a look at and the employees will help you with whatever you need (some know quite a lot, others... not so much). I would definitely endorse any friends or family to have a visit. It is much better than it used to be.
Jessica was great helping me figure out what type of lost Mary’s for me, legit felt at peace when coming in!!!
Love this place. I have to Uber to get there but it''s always worth it.

I called this location to see if they knew why the other location was closed during working hours. "There''s clearly someone in there," I said. The girl on the phone said she "couldn''t check on them because she didn''t have their number." Hilarious. She thought she was cool AND funny. I have often wondered what it would be like, to work in a business where you not only don''t care about your customers, but you treat them with great disrespect and disregard.
