This place is ridiculous. After going there for awhile im officially done with this location. I went in and bought 2 esco bars lastnight and both tasted burnt and the light would stay on. I told the gentleman at the counter if i can get them swapped out and he did. But only to find out both were also burnt. I left and came back this morning to speak to someone else about the situation. The hispanic gentleman told me i cant swap them out and only thing he can do is bring me up for another one and give me a discount. And i asked him how the makes sense? I have to keep buying them until i find one that works? And he replied back yes. He then proceeded to tell me that all the ones he has have been burnt...Why are you selling burnt and none working vapes? That are still being presented on the shelf? Seems like this location only wants your money. Poor customer service. I wont be coming back nor recommend this place to anyone. I havent had this issue at no other smoke shops.
Its been awhile since I have come by. It''s so lovely to see the expansion of the place. The energy has always been chill and welcoming. Oh and their Alien Pen. I''ve had it a while now and have never had an issue with it... It''s taken a beating with falling all over the place and still holds a decent charge even after a couple years. Love the Lil Alien dude on it. 10/10 definitely recommend this place!!
It was my first time visiting a smokeshop, I left super disappointed, the young man seemed super disinterested, not wanting to help, worst customer service, I will go to another store that is willing to help me find what I need.
Been a fan of this place through all the changes honestly. Definitely more smoke shop and dispos than vape mods and juices but there’s a few nice selections and definitely more well known brands. Good, mostly avg prices. Always get good vibes from the employees though. Willing to chat and drop the knowledge, and good time management making sure those who need more of a conversation have the time to do so while those who are trying to get in and out can get what they need quickly as well. Fair prices, great selection, and crazy cool staff. This place has absolutely become the only smoke shop in SA for me! Keep up the great work guys 🤘
