  Everyone is always SO friendly and helpful! Check prices because some are WAY, WAY higher than other places. Really wanted to get everything I needed (and keep my money local) but just couldn’t justify the significant extra cost. The cigarette injector I wanted was 50% higher ($30 more)! Now, why the 3 stars? The place is dirty and a cluttered mess. And the prices differ (they’re higher) from other Smoker’s Palace stores (for example, the one in Lapeer, which is truly a PALACE compared to this location). That being said, again, the folks who work here are top-notch and have a wealth of knowledge

  I had been a regular at this store for years, before the location change. I knowingly overpaid for vape products because I wanted to support a local business. I had even been going out of my way to shop here for the last two years after moving across town. Until today, I had always experienced friendly owners and employees. I most often see Rick, one of the owners, and have nothing but nice things to say about him. However... Last week I purchased some generic Juul-compatible pods. They were old and spoiled. I felt sick after one inhale. Today I went back to the store to maybe get an exchange for a different non-spoiled product. The female owner who was working LAUGHED at me when I told her my recent purchase was spoiled, and said "well there''s nothing i can do about that!" And continued laughing. That was so rude, unnecessary, and humiliating. She could have at least been apologetic and maybe told me WHY she can''t do anything, because of store policy or laws or whatever the reason. Instead she laughed me out of the store. She handled the situation very poorly. I''m saddened and disappointed. But I am also confused because other employees in the past have told me to let them know if I had any issues with products, or didn''t like the flavors or anything. Be careful buying vape products here. A lot of items have been sitting on the shelf for a long time.

  Bought a Breeze and was faulty, didn’t even leave the parking lot and he would not exchange. Not to mention the Breeze was over $20. I suggest finding another place to shop.

  We stopped in to Smokers Palace yesterday, and were amazed by the quantity of products they carry. Lots of CBS products to choose from! The gentleman was very helpful and took the time to help. Huge thank you!! They carry papers for rolling whatever you like, cones, cigars, wraps, tips, glass pieces and more! Also, I saw some SUPER cheap cigarettes (not cigarettes, more like a cigar in a cigarette pack) for under $2!! What!! I don''t smoke anymore but what a deal 👍 Also drinks, beer, candy and smokes. All in all, I give this place a 10 🌟 Make sure to wear your mask 😷

  After going to Smokers Palace for a few years now, I''ve decided to update to 5 stars. They have always been friendly and had what I needed in stock. Their shop has lots and lots of items, but always been clean and easy to find what you need. Cheers
