I don''t even want to give a start but just so I can post this. I bought a 67$ Vapresso Target Pro Starter Kit on October, 25th and took it up to DIY Vape and they said the 510 Connection was messed up as a manufacture defect. They said see if the place that sold it would exchange or something. I go in to this store and they told me that I had to wait till Wednesday when the guy came in bc she can''t do anything or make any decisions. So I go in on Wednesday November, 9th and the guy said they don''t do anything about it I''m out the money I spent, and I have to go deal with the manufacturer myself even though I have my receipt and everything and lets just say yes now I''m dealing with the manufacturer and had to buy a different vape but from a different store because I will never shop there for gum, pop, or smokes ever again. Because they straight told me they DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS!
The Owners & Employees are friendly & helpful! They always remember me when I go in & ask how my Family is. Great store!!!
Wonderful people...they learn their customers names and make you feel very welcome
Mile from home and competitive pricing on alcohol and tobacco. I''ll go here before a chain store if possible.
