I like this place as they have a great cigar collection and THATS IT. But I will be taking my business elsewhere as the customer service and management are a joke. I bought a vaporizer there and brought it home and it did not work. Now they do returns as long as it is within 48 hours which is also a joke. But you cannot do returns until after 4pm because that’s when the manager gets in and she is the only one that can do returns. Right smack dab in the middle of rush hour. No thanks. Tried to work with me for a store that is closer but they just stopped with the info and didn’t know why the other store was not picking up. So therefore I can conclude that all there locations suck. Stay away.
Purchased a Mike Tyson, didn’t get to try it before leaving and they wouldn’t exchange it! I’m not a thief! I wasn’t lying! Sorry won’t be going back! Too many vape shops to choose from. My normal shop will exchange in a heartbeat
all the vapes I have gotten so far all fire but themselves it works while in the store but when I get home it doesn’t work anymore. honestly not worth it
This store does not carry concentrates any more. They used to but for the past 2 months every time you go in and or call and ask them the owner and or manager says “we are out. Let me call my sister and have them drop us off some. We need to order some”. The sister store he wants you to go to is off 281 passed 1604. Bro WHY are you sending people MILES away when there is a store closer at 1604 before I-10. THAT location has concentrates; it’s part of your brand company and it’s closer. Look; if you are going to carry a type of product then do so; and do it well. Stop telling your customer base that you are going to do something and then not follow through. Stop telling your costumer base to travel half way across the city to make up for your lack of ability to keep things stocked. Stop lying to your customers. In business you need to be consistent and reliable. So far your consistency amounts to nothing.
This used to be my go-to smoke shop bc of convenience. I go buy about $100 worth of products every week. The employees suggested me to buy a Cake dispo, and I bought and tested in store. As soon as I start hitting it it starts burning my wax like in the pic shown and I try and exchange it the next day, and I show up with no receipt and they say they don’t do the exchange unless i have the receipt. I go get the receipt from the car and they make up a new policy saying I can’t return it. They told me to just hit it like that. Their customer service isn’t great, they’ll just suggest you whatever makes you spend the most. There’s too many smoke shops on potranco to waste your time here.
