Amazing experience. Was greeted at the door, place was visibly clean and had a really nice home-y smell. Staff was amazing. Was ID’d upon entry, was given recommendations, and ended up catching a great sale! Karissa helped me out during my visit. Amazing personality and excellent customer service. I walked in to this shop yesterday, it was very clean and had so many nice pieces to choose from! I was looking to replace my boyfriends piece that I had accidentally broke that morning I wasn’t sure what exactly I was going for but John was so patient and very helpful. He explained to me the function of each piece and tried his best helping me make my decision going as far as showing me videos of how each piece would work. We picked a nice set up, my boyfriend loved the piece and I rate this store a 10/10, will definitely be back!
This was my first time at this store! I had a great experience J money helped me during my visit and he was amazing super friendly, helpful, and was really informative! Overall the store just had such a nice, comfortable, clean, safe environment. Thanks I will def be stopping by again! :)
This Hazel sky always goes above & beyond to provide the best customer service! Today was no different, I came in and was helped by Mimi who was very friendly. I highly recommend Hazel sky in general for all your smoke needs but this one specifically is top tier 🙏🏽
Kyle, Tony, J Money and John are just great guys, the store is clean and smells amazing, they have what they advertised and never leave you hanging, also they open until 11pm that’s just super convenient. Great store, overall just great.
