  Staff is so helpful and friendly. One complaint is they have a 2 days return policy. So if your vape acts up past the 2 days you bought it. Your SOL! It would be better to have it like when your vape reaches a certain percentage or something like that. Otherwise they are great!

  Nice place, went in not knowing what I was talking about but came out with exactly what I needed because the staff on hand was kind and helpful

  I will not give this company any more business. I had a defective Hyde vape, took it in to exchange and the lady stated they don’t sell that particular vape anymore. I offered to exchange it out for another vape and pay the difference, employee refused the exchange. I then stated that I want a full refund, she then agrees but then states that it’s outside of the 2 day return policy. Nowhere on the receipt does it state 2 day return policy. This is bad business, I spent over 200$ in one visit guess that does t matter. Take care of the customer and make things right, all I wanted was the product I paid for.

  Quick and friendly service. I stop in occasionally for loose tobacco and cigarette tubes, which costs under $10 for me to make the equivalent of 2 cartons (20-25 packs). I''ll let you do the math.

  Would have been nice if the cashier would have told me they charge you extra if you use a credit/debit card...he jus rudely pointed out a thing on the crowded counter top sayin they charge more to use a card...I wasn''t even looking out the counter top it had some many differentpiecesofpaperwith stuff on them...who charges more to pay with a card these days???it''s a tobacco store you''d think cigarettes would be cheaper there then Speedway...nope it''s about 50 cents more than the cigarettes I get at Speedway...rant over
