Great staff , always friendly and helpful. This has been one of my favorite stores since I was a teenager.
Originally found this place looking for a vintage ceramic piece from my youth. Nobody carries ceramic pieces anymore, its so great that you have these! Now I routinely order unique gifts etc. Free shipping on orders over $35, great packing, super fast shipping. Immediate refund when an item is out of stock. I love this store! I will NEVER, EVER do business with this company again. The last 3 years I have seen an ad on television that was a back to school sale. The futon was originally $249, but during the sale for September only, the same futon was advertised for $149. I argued with the person I thought was the manager, later was notified the man was NOT the manager. Since it''s been 3 years arguing with store to honor the sale price, I just contacted the main office in Columbus and here is what I asked and response. I asked if the company would honor the Dale price of $149 towards the purchase of a futon equal to or a similar futon and if needed I am willing to pay the difference. The response: the futon is discontinued and they were not willing to honor a sale price because the price now is $359. The original futon discontinued. REMEMBER I OFFERED TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE, WHICH IS $219. The company is not willing to honor sale ads. Be careful neighbors. This false advertising and/or deceptive ads. Be careful doubly when shopping at this store for back to school.

Buyers and vapers beware. At a glance waterbeds looks like a good smoke shop, but after going in multiple times and having a bad taste left in my mouth from their vape supply… all of the vapes they have come up in their QR codes like they are real but they are 100% fake. The breeze bars don’t even have the bottom logo on them and 0 throat kick.. same goes for their lost Mary line, the plastic cover peice was a completely different color from both main colors and also had the 0 throat hit problem… like I said beware fake vapes are nothing to play around with. On their other side they have all right glass and delta product with a very heavy markup compared to online prices everywhere else.
