  Staff was kind and knowledgeable and had me in out in a few minutes. I had called ahead about needing a new vape battery and she had what I called about ready. I was able to catch the bus home in under 10 minutes. They have smoke and weed deodorizer sprays like rose... Oops sorry I don''t remember the others I''m so stoned and grateful right now. Relaxing at home

  This is an AMAZING smoke shop. They have everything you could possibly think of when it comes to smoking. Any tool or accessories will most likely be found here. They are reasonably priced and easily accessible. I would buy everything in here except the moon rock. Stay away from it because it''s not real moon rock. Otherwise, this is a smokers paradise.

  Overall, the shop is amazing, they have a great selection and knowledgeable staff. My only complaint is that the hours listed online are incorrect, and the electronic sign board in the window that lights up the hours was turned off, so I have no idea if or what time they are open today. It’s Sunday morning at 8 AM and on Google it says the store should be open. That’s very annoying but what is worse is that I was waiting to see if an attendant would show up and was harassed by a guy at the bus stop who asked me what time they opened, then ask if he could buy cigarettes off me, then ask me if he could buy weed, then it moved into more hard-core drugs, and he kept getting more and more intense and agitated. Very uncomfortable experience. It’s unfortunate that San Marco Boulevard now has so many seedy people hanging out along the street. I won’t feel comfortable going back to this store unless I know for sure they are open. Be careful of your surroundings when at the store even though the website says it’s in “beautiful San Marco.”

  I have been vaping for ~15 years which has brought me to many smoke shops in Jacksonville - As a result, I would like to congratulate this shop for having both the least knowledgeable and above all, the rudest staff of any smoke/vape shop I have ever visited. Just read through these reviews & you’ll find I’m not the only customer who has had this experience here. Perhaps one day, the owner will figure out, he’s losing money based on his current choice of staff, as customers will just choose to shop elsewhere. Smoke/Vape shops are everywhere. In the meantime, I’m voting with my wallet & taking my business down the road.🫡 ✌🏽

  Since I moved to Jax, this has been my go-to shop! They have a large variety of items and Jess was very sweet and knowledgeable about the products. If I could give this shop 10 stars, I would do it!
