Poor customer service. Sold me old cigars and lied about ability to provide discount
Pretty standard head shop, but the difference here is the guy behind the counter. He answered all questions, was glad to show products, even opened a sealed box so I could check out the torch.
This is Honeslty the only smoke shop I go to. The owners are so nice and the store is always clean. Everytime I come I never have an issue with my vapes!
The store was extremely clean and smelled great, the clerk was knowledgable and his customer service was outstanding he took the time to answer all of our questions. The only downfall I found here are the prices. Prices here for most things seem to be double compared to most places. Also a little disheartened over their small selection of silicone/pyrex.

FAKE ELF BARS, DO NOT GO HERE!! I went into the Smoke Shop to purchase an elf bar as I walked in. I noticed that the elf bar I usually get seem to be a different color box than what the usual is. after purchasing the elf bar I asked the owner if I could test it out and as I open the box, I noticed that the bag that the elf bar is in is a completely different color than what it usually is. It is a clear bag instead of a silver and clear bag. I proceed to open the bag and try the elf bar and immediately noticed that the letters are blurry and the elf bar is slightly bigger than what I’m used to. I try the elf bar and it tastes completely different than the flavor I thought I was purchasing. after evaluating I expressed to the owner that this is a fake elf bar and there’s a lot of them going around and I refuse to take it. I said I wanted a refund and he told me they don’t do refunds and because I explain to him that it was fake He told me to get out and kicked me out of his store. Do not buy from this place. These will make you sick and no telling what’s in them!
