  I was charged $60 for Blue Dream Kik disposable today. Last week I paid $54 at Smoke Sum 2, 633 Canal. At first, K or Kee the male employee, with the music a little too loud at 926 Canal, wanted to charge me $65. Kee said that next time he''ll charge me $54. This was earlier tonight, 6:30pm, Friday, August 4th. Why the price gouge?
