If I could leave zero stars I would. They sold me a broken water pipe (a very fine line crack) and refused to return or exchange it just an hour after we walked out with it. Worse they were argumentative and chastised me not for breaking it but for not inspecting it closely enough prior to them wrapping it for me. Mistakes happen from time to time. The question is how a business responds to errors. This business does not stand behind their products. TAKE EXTREME CAURION OR AVOID ENTIRELY.
My bicycle was stolen.from the bike rack directly in front of their store, in full view of their security cameras. They were unwilling to provide the footage to help find the culprit.
AWFUL! The “manager JT” claimed we would get a good price with a 20% off discount for buying multiple expensive water pipes if we came back in the morning (9am) We did, but he was over 30 minutes late opening the shop, one of the workers were even sitting outside waiting for him to arrive. Once we pick out the water pipes we wanted from last night, it was all of a sudden “I never told them I’d give them anything” while arguing and yelling at someone on the phone. Making us over an hour late to hit the road to go back home!! Just ghetto and unprofessional l, highly don’t recommend. Save your money and time!
Nice shop with a very helpful staff! Skoobie was so fun and friendly and you can just tell he loves his job. Definitely a good place to stop by and check out!
