If you decide to buy an overpriced vape for this store which is part of vapor maven, even though they don''t advertise it, do not leave the building until you have checked everything. The sign behind the counter say no returns or refunds despite the receipt saying the policy changed and they now do offer those services. Last night I bought 1 and the sales rep told me that it was rechargable which it wasn''t and it tasted burnt when I opened it in store and all he did was say sorry. So I called this morning and the lady confirmed that they do returns but she had other customers in the store and she couldn''t help me over the phone understandable but she wouldn''t let me finish and then hung up on me. I''m sorry she had people in the store but the fact is i was there last night before whomever is in there today and something should''ve been done about it then but instead I got to speak with some busy lady who jus also wanted to give me excuses. So long story even longer now they want me to drive back over there (I live 30+ mins away) and talk to her about it even though I didn''t get a confirmation that they would even do anything about it. Here''s the short and sweet version don''t waste your hard earned $ on a place that doesn''t carry quality products and that can''t even train their own employees on their own policies. You''re better off going to ohmies they are a similar type of business but with proper quality control for their products. I will never shop for vapes at another place ever again.
Behaviour with the customer is not good at all the person inside speaks very rude its not recommendable
Terry is such a great man! Really knows what he’s talking about. he was super informative and doesn’t want to do anything else but satisfy his customers which he does with ease! 10/10 recommended, will be back!

When I walked in, the clerk was angrily yelling at a customer for trying to return an item. I waited a few minutes for them to get done arguing before just leaving. Great selection of glass and disposables, but i was less than impressed to see a woman old enough to be someone’s grandmother being yelled at like that.
