  the prices are really good at this store and the customer service was excellent the worker Denny was so nice and very knowledgeable he was very patient and helpful finding what i needed! he''s awesome. i will definitely be returning!

  This is a cool place, they have tons of stuff. The staff is always awesome and accommodating. I love the little watch dog, he has a great personality

  My dad came in today because he ordered a few vapes from here. We are regulars and come here quite often. One of the disposable vapes he received was defective and wasn’t working so he went to the shop to get it exchanged and the man working there was very rude and combative and refused to exchange it for him. I don’t know what kind of customer service that is but I’m extremely shocked since we are regulars and have never had such a rude and horrible experience. If you are going to refuse to replace a faulty device you should have better quality control on the products you decide to sell in your store. Unfortunately this experience has turned us away from this place I don’t think we’ll be coming back.
