  Sold me a broken item.... The female working there would not exchange it. She was accusing that I had mistreated it... had a couple other rude things to say as well. I will never go in there again. This was a 20 dollar item. Just wanted an exchange. I could go on... worst experience in a retail store in my memory. Greeko''s is not too far from there. I highly recommend them.

  I just stumbled onto reviews of my favorite smoke shop Deja vu. While most of the reviews were 5 stars, there were two reviews that questioned their prices and service. I don''t write reviews but those two bad reviews blew me away. Their prices ARE great and i doubt that another store in the south bay with the inventory they have comes close to their prices. I mentioned the bad review to an employee there and she said it was probably written by the store across the street that opened at the same time the review was written. She also said that Ken (the owner) lowers the price of any item that he hears is cheaper than his. They also match prices with any store. So that review is absolutely bogus. This store is always busy with customers and the thing I always notice is the amount of laughing that takes place in the store. Then girls working there are incredibly fun and friendly.

  This is my favorite south bay smoke shop. I went in to get some vape juices and they had so many good flavors I couldnt pick just one . I got three . The price was right and the service was good . the man behind the counter was very nice and cute too . He had a nice smile . I want to go back and get a vape pen today . dejavu has good prices great variety and knowledgeable friendly ppl . good customer service . lots of fun trinkets and a lot of glass ware . smoking just about anything you can imagine like tabacco weed or oil or vape juice? ...go there and they got you covered .
