Zaza Smoke Shop best in town, super complete store with all your 💨💨💨🥰😎😤🥶 needs. Superb customer service, they are patience and also always freebies and they help you out when you short. Best prices in town. Again BEST SMOKE SHOP IN TOWN !!!! Come see them !!! 🔥
Bri was super helpful and friendly throughout my whole time there giving me various options and opinions of not only hers but other customers who’ve previously gone and still go. She was very charismatic and welcoming the second I walked through the door. Not only was she great but the store was very cleanly kept and had plenty of options. I’ll definitely keep coming back.
Junass and Melanie were great help and provided me excellent customer service! I’m from out of town and they really took care of us! A definite come back!!
I’ll give it 4 stars because guy at the counter was really nice but after my visit tonight I’m not sure I’ll continue shopping here, went for a d8 pen and two vapes total comes out to $130 I think $80 for a d8 pen is outrageous, I also asked for any specials on vapes and he told me 2 for $45 but after I disagreed with the d8 price and told him I just wanted to the 2 vapes he changed the prices to $54 and told me that the more I buy the more discounts are available which I still ended up purchasing, I only stopped by because they’re the only vape shop open late. Overall good vape shop if you’re not buying d8 or nicotine and friendly people but the prices are just plain crazy the vape shop right next to Dunkin’ Donuts has way better prices and more variety also to add onto the vapes available their quality and authenticity is questionable

I went to get some wraps from ZA ZA on main and was treated terribly like I was a vagrant. I wasted about 15$ on useless material because the supposedly manager gave me the wrong product I asked for wraps and she gave me cigarillos instead. She had me pay before letting me see the product I immediately pointed out it was the wrong product and she flat out refused to attempt to rectify her error. Stating that it wasn’t her store and exchanges aren’t allowed. When I asked to speak to the owner or her manager she rudely responded that she was manager and refused to connect the owner. I am now left with about 10 cigars that I don’t smoke.
