  Jackie at the Silver Spring location is the best! She was knowledgeable & communicative. She helped us get something at another location that they were temporarily out of stock of at our usual store. She also helped us with another issue we had. Smoke island has been consistently good but this was a more complex situation & it was easily resolved. Definitely recommend this shop!

  I love coming here 1.the energy and the environment is so good 2.I love the customer service there their so sweet 3. There’s this one Dominican girl there that always helps me find what I’m looking for 4. I Love the deals and prices they have Anyways love it here and never want to shop anywhere else

  10 out of 5 stars, the vibe is so relaxed and calming, and the staff are incredible. They somehow make you feel like you’re already friends even if it’s your first time at the shop. One of the employees literally helped me out with a quick car problem. All of them were so ready to pitch in and figure out how to help me while also taking care of the shop. This is the place to go

  Sells fake disposable and doesnt do refunds , this specific location sells fake disposals Vape had this experience many times will never go back or buy again from it please be aware
