  Needed three people for one transaction, the 2 girls cashiering had one brain cell between them and had no idea what they were doing, then when the manager came he tried to charge me $12 for a $7 can of butane since it wasn’t scanning. New management will try to scam you if they can get away with it, this place really changed, imma buy my butane online or take the hike to bamboo eater next time.

  Today I went into the store around 2:35pm the employee there which was a female was very ignorant. I walk into the store looking for an ash catcher so she pointed them out but I didn’t know what was my bong size for it so I was talking to my self about bringing in the down stem but she says “ you can’t bring in dirty things in here” which was a very ignorant thing to say so I decide to leave after that. So I went to another shop and bought one there with great customer service.

  Very cute and clean place. Jessie was very helpful and kind while he helped me find what I was looking for. Huge variety of products to choose from and Jessie was knowledgeable on all of them! Will be going back soon and bringing my friends!

  John was very attentive, knowledgeable & helpful. There was good vibes as soon as me and my sister walked in the door. He knew what he was talking about and helped me find the right battery for my cartridge! Will be back due to excellent service :) thx John -Bailey & Brittany
