I purchased 2 AirPro vape pens today. Before i left the window, i tried them both. One of the pens didn’t work so the guy gave me another one. I left them both in my car while i went to work for 8 hours. When i came out to use them, NEITHER ONE OF THEM WORKED. $27 down the drain. Stay away from this place.

The guy running the place had a terrible attitude; he was actually fairly rude and super slow! It took him forever to come to the service window. He was not helpful at all, and I know that he charged me a higher price because my friend frequents the shop regularly and pays less for the same items. That''s probably why there aren''t any prices posted... The entire plaza is totally sketchy and overrun with vagrants and persistent beggars with no shortage of inappropriate behavior. I hope to be able to avoid this place entirely, unfortunately it is close and open late; making it the only option at a certain time.

Place is dangerous because of location. Almost got robbed at gunpoint. Surrounded by pan handlers and hustlers. Selection in the store is plentiful but not broad enough. Owner has retailer in store and allows hustlers to hustle out the store.

Very shady area. Not a place I will be going again. I''m glad I went during daylight, or am I? Not really sure. A large percentage walks of life in the close surrounding area walks seem needy but a large percentage of them seem very desperate and paranoid and not interested in new faces on their block. Also store is overpriced and not willing to give much wiggle room on pricing, unlike the much more welcoming 24hr store I like to go to on 14th St NW a few blocks north of Columbia Heights Metro.
